I did alot of research before deciding on Prime Storage. After considering other options Prime seemed the best for location, price and cleanliness. I reserved a 10x15 unit online at night. They called early the next morning to answer any questions I had. I then decided to rent the unit. I feel really good about my decision.

The manager on duty was very helpful. The contract was explained clearly to me, then he escorted me to the unit and explained policies etc. The unit was clean and ready for move-in when we arrived. Thanks!

Hunter was wonderful to work with. I came in just as he was beginning lunch but he put that aside to cheerfully assist me with renting my unit.
